West Marine has a bunch of kayaks on clearance + 50% off. I just picked up 4 Targa 100's for $250 a piece, and 2 Recon 120's for $350 a piece. Gonna use the Targas for paddling around with friends, and build the Recons for fishing expeditions. Hopefully people who read this go to their local West Marine to see if they can score a deal on a kayak.

I just would be aware of tide changes. I tied my johnboat to a bridge one time and almost got stuck lol water got so low i had to untie against weight of the boat
